Agilent Introduces InfiniiMode Active Differential Probes for Enhanced Usability

(NYSE: A) today introduced InfiniiMode differential probes, a new generation of low-cost, 1.5-GHz, 3.5-GHz, and 6-GHz differential active probes for general-purpose, high-speed differential probing. They are especially well suited for digital system design, component design/characterization and differential serial bus measurements.

Engineers who use high-bandwidth oscilloscopes commonly use active differential probes to measure high-speed signals, but these probes cannot easily show the individual components that make up differential signals.
