700W industrial full size brick suitable for automation and instrumentation applications

New industrial AC/DC power supply comes in a full size brick from Cincon, the PDF700S is the latest from the Taiwan manufacturers. Available now from Components Bureau based in Cambridgeshire, a division of Display Technology.

The new AC/DC power supply offers a high efficiency up to 91.5% and has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C making it suitable for harsh environments. It offers baseplate cooling allowing it to operate at full load.

The PDF700S features an output voltage adjustment through its trim pin and the output remote sensing function which automatically adjusts the real output voltage of the PDF700S series in order to compensate for voltage drops during distribution and maintain a regulated voltage at the point of load.

It has an input range of 90~264Vac and the Power Factor Correction (PFC), comes in 5 different outputs of 12, 24, 28, 48 and 56VDC and offers the complete range of protections including over temperature (OTP).

The full brick measures 116.8×61.0x12.7mm and has safety approvals for IEC/UL/EN 62368-1, EMC compliance to meet EN55032 Level A for conducted and radiated emissions as well as offer immunity to meet EN55035.

The PDF700S is suitable for industrial, automation, instrumentation, measurement and network applications.
