New from Advanced Micro Peripherals – the Tiny-PPC837

New York, USA and Cambridge, England, December 4, 2012 – Solid dependable communications are the cornerstone of all mission critical situations and the Tiny-PPC837 communications controller from Advanced Micro Peripherals (AMP), world leaders in embedded video technology, meets those demands at every level.

Configured to deliver high performance in communication’s systems, the Tiny-PPC837 is an industry standard PCI/104 – Express form factor card offering both PCI Express and traditional 32 bit PCI interfaces.  The Tiny-PPC837 has been expressly designed for demanding digital video storage and video streaming applications.

Advanced features include: a fan less conduction cooled operation, 2Gbyts high speed 400 MHz DDR memory, an integrated security encryption accelerator and dual integrated Gigabit Ethernet ports.
