Alizem releases its new embedded software e-commerce boutique

Quebec City (CANADA), October 2nd 2012. To better serve its growing worldwide customer base, Alizem is proud to announce the release of its new e-commerce boutique specialized in embedded software for power electronics applications such as motor control and solar power conversion. This boutique replaces Alizem’s website and is available now at the following address: shop.alizem.com.

Alizem’s customers will now be able to quickly and easily download a time-limited and feature-limited Alizem software IP demo and directly begin to use it for evaluation purposes on their system or with the development kit of their choice. Upon satisfactory evaluation, they may then contact Alizem to negotiate a full license or to have some features added to the IP to meet their specific application needs.

“We are very proud of this achievement and milestone in Alizem’s development. This new e-commerce boutique is responding to an important need for our customers who are in the process of evaluating solutions for any of their new power electronics-based system development project. A typical motor control system designer is able to buy an off-the-shelf motor, an off-the-shelf power stage, an off-the-shelf electronic device but not an off-the-shelf application-specific embedded motor control software, which is the heart of the system. Alizem is responding to that specific need and this new boutique makes it almost as easy as downloading a mobile phone app.” said Dr. Marc Perron, president of Alizem.

Alizem boutique will enable Alizem IP demo to be download in the coming days.

Traditional verification methods are failing today's complex IC designs, which require a proactive, early-stage analysis approach. A shift-left methodology addresses IP block integration challenges and the limitations of traditional simulation and ERC tools. Insight Analyzer detects hard-to-find leakage issues across power domains, enabling early analysis without full simulation. Identify inefficiencies earlier to reduce rework, improve reliability, and enhance power performance.
