MIPI® Alliance To Host Open Sensor Interface “Birds of a Feather” Meeting October 18th in Miami

PISCATAWAY, N.J., Oct. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — 

WHAT: Face-to-face meeting to discuss how various diverse sensors are integrated and managed in a mobile system for future sensor interface considerations.  Sensor types may include mechanical (compass, accelerometer, gyro), environmental (light, temperature), biometrics (blood pressure, fingerprint) as well as others coming to mobile systems. This group is open to MIPI members and non-members.

WHEN: Thursday, October 18, 2012 8:30am to 3:30pm
