Robotic arm continuously removes and adds circular track sections for toy train

These are a couple videos of a FANUC M-2 iA 3S Delta robotic arm that was modified by mechanical engineering student Christian Schürch to continuously remove track sections from behind a toy train and add them to the front so the train can travel around its little circle without falling off. Over four weeks, their lungs and brains grew, they sprouted wool, opened their eyes, wriggled around, and learned to swallow, according to a new study that takes the first step toward an artificial womb. One day, this device could help to … Read More → "An artificial womb successfully grew baby sheep"

Quietly flying under the radar in the fitness wearables market is Whoop, a manufacturer of high-end wrist-worn straps that measure data 100 times per second. In what could turn out to be one of the more bizarre licensing agreements ever, the startup struck a deal with the NFL Players Association today that will make it possible for players to sell their health data.
