Taoglas Unveils ‘World First’ AI-Driven Antenna Product Recommendation Engine

San Diego, CA, February 5, 2026 — Taoglas®, a trusted provider of advanced RF and antenna solutions, today announced the launch of the world’s first AI-driven Antenna Product Recommendation Engine, a groundbreaking platform set to revolutionize how engineers and organizations select antennas and RF components.

Now available worldwide, the tool empowers both experienced seasoned RF engineers and non-technical decision-makers with automated, intelligent guidance that accelerates informed choices, regardless of prior RF experience.

Early-stage antenna decisions can disproportionately impact system performance, cost, and time-to-market. Yet engineers often rely on datasheets, parametric searches, or manual cross comparison, a process that can consume hours or days amid the growing complexity of modern RF systems.

The new recommendation engine changes the game. By embedding more than two decades of Taoglas expertise into an always-available digital tool, the platform applies AI trained on real-world design knowledge to scan, filter, and refine suitable products in minutes, drawing on insights from tens of thousands of projects worldwide.

With one of the broadest antenna portfolios in the industry, spanning thousands of variants across frequencies, form factors, and applications, Taoglas understands that identifying the right starting point is often the hardest part. The recommendation engine breaks down these barriers, giving users unprecedented autonomy to move quickly from concept to sampling, prototyping, and testing.

Experienced hardware engineers can rapidly narrow their options, while system designers less familiar with antenna trade-offs receive guided insight to proceed with confidence.

This tool is the newest addition to the AntennaXpert ecosystem, complementing Taoglas’ Antenna Builder and Cable Builder for configuration, as well as the Antenna Integrator for PCB placement. Together, they enable a seamless path from initial selection to integration.

“Choosing the right antenna has traditionally depended on individual experience, undocumented expertise, and extensive manual comparison,” said David Connolly, Global Product Management Director at Taoglas. “This recommendation engine is a game-changer. We’ve distilled our RF knowledge into an intuitive tool that delivers answers on demand, whether you know exactly what you need or you’re still defining your application.”

With this launch, Taoglas sets a new standard for AI-driven RF and antenna selection, reinforcing its leadership in digital innovation for wireless design. The recommendation engine is free to use and designed as a scalable platform, with plans to grow into an even broader RF knowledge base over time.
