Santa Clara, Calif., June 28, 2018 – GLOBALFOUNDRIES today announced that Socionext Inc. will manufacture the third and latest generation of its graphics display controllers, the SC1701, on GF’s 55nm Low Power Extended (55LPx) process technology with embedded non-volatile memory (SuperFlash®).
