Kudelski Labs Addresses Edge AI and Quantum-Era Security Threats at CES®

In its CES debut, Kudelski Labs, the innovation arm of the Kudelski Group, will showcase advances in embedded security from chip to cloud designed to help semiconductor manufacturers address new security challenges

CHESEAUX-SUR-LAUSANNE, Switzerland, and PHOENIX (AZ), USA—January 5, 2026— Kudelski Labs, the innovation arm of the Kudelski Group, will be making its CES debut at Booth #52923 of the Venetian Expo, January 6-9, 2026. Showcasing advances in embedded security, from the silicon layer to the AI model and across the entire device lifecycle, demonstrations will focus on autonomous robotics, edge AI and real-time, in-field security provisioning.

As semiconductor and device manufacturers add local reasoning, autonomy, and advanced connectivity to new products, and with “harvest now, decrypt later” attacks already underway, security risks continue to escalate. Kudelski Labs, leveraging more than 30 years of core digital security expertise from across the Kudelski Group, ensures that innovation doesn’t come at the cost of weak security and that protection from fast-approaching quantum computing threats is turned into a strategic advantage.

“AI is moving to the edge faster than most manufacturers can update their security strategies. New and emerging security threats shouldn’t slow down product teams nor impact product performance. To earn trust in the next generation of connected devices, the models, the data, and the hardware need to be protected from the start. Our work at Kudelski Labs drives innovation in digital security with a focus on frontier technologies such as Edge AI, post-quantum cryptography (PQC), and secure semiconductor design to help manufacturers build secure, compliant, and future-ready products— from chip to cloud,” said Christophe Nicolas, Senior Vice President of Kudelski Labs and Kudelski Group CIO.

The Kudelski Labs booth experience will include:

  • Edge AI: Kudelski Labs will showcase its autonomous robotic dog, KLARQ, as a live demonstration of how embedded security underpins the future of Edge AI. The exhibit will feature KLARQ equipped with Kudelski Labs’ AI-accelerated security stack, seamlessly integrated with Axelera AI’s Metis AIPU for on-device inference. This collaboration highlights secure activation, real-time threat detection, and compliance-ready design in a tangible, autonomous use case, reinforcing the message that security must be foundational, not an afterthought, for next-generation AI-powered systems.
  • Post-Quantum Cryptography: Quantum computing is on track to break today’s public-key encryption within the decade, putting long-lived devices in high-assurance markets such as critical infrastructure, automotive and space and defense, at risk. Kudelski Labs’ first-to-market semiconductor IP bundles quantum-resistant cryptography with secure enclave technology, addressing this critical security evolution.
  • Compliance Fast-Track: Kudelski Labs empowers product manufacturers to meet EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) requirements through secure-by-design services, cloud-native trust infrastructure, and full product lifecycle compliance. Its keySTREAM SaaS solution for provisioning and OTA updates, simplifies compliance, reduces risk, and accelerates time-to-market enabling OEMs to deliver premium, fully certified CE products.

Kudelski Group at CES

The Kudelski Group Booth #52923 will also feature NAGRAVISION’s consumer cybersecurity and loyalty solutions. Visitors can experience NAGRA Scout’s AI-driven protection that shields consumers from scams and phishing, while safeguarding connected devices at home. The company will also demonstrate its partnership with Airties, showing how NAGRA Scout integrates into Smart WiFi platforms to enhance current gateways and add value to WiFi 7 rollouts.
