Advanced Energy Launches High Performance 350 W Open-Frame Power Supply for Industrial Markets

DENVER, Colo., December 4, 2025 — Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: AEIS), a global leader in highly engineered, precision power conversion, measurement and control solutions, announced the SLB350, a 350 W open-frame power supply, engineered and certified for industrial applications in stringent operating environments. Designed for reliability and efficiency, the SLB350 enables original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to meet power conversion needs in applications such as stage lighting, test and measurement, automation, robotics, and battery charging.
The SLB350 is certified to EN 55032 Class B for conducted and radiated emissions, minimizing interference and supporting reliable system integration in diverse applications. Delivering single, continuous output power of 350 W, the highly robust unit maintains full power output at elevated ambient temperatures and in limited airflow, ensuring consistent operation in challenging environments.
“The new SLB PSU enables OEM engineers to reduce cost without sacrificing reliability or performance,” said Shane Callanan, Advanced Energy’s vice president, Medical Products, System Power. “Enhanced thermal performance allows full power rating at increased ambient operating temperatures, simplifying designs and accelerating time to market.”
The SLB350 provides outputs from 12 V to 48 V and comes in a compact 3 x 5-inch open frame configuration. For industrial applications, the SLB350 addresses the latest IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 standard for ITE and AV equipment as well as the heavy industrial immunity requirements of EN 61000-6-2.
