Blu Wireless Technology brings WiGig to CES 2016

Bristol, UK. Dec 2015: Blu Wireless Technology, a leading developer of 60GHz, WiGig and wireless networking technology will attend the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January 2016 in Las Vegas.

The company is promoting the latest version of its HYDRA System IP architecture for WiGig applications and will be at CES to meet with strategic customers in the consumer electronics market. 

With data rates of 2 – 4 Gbps, WiGig will provide consumers with ultra fast connectivity as needed to transfer gigabytes of HD content between smartphones, tablets, set top boxes and computers.  WiGig is the newest member of the WiFi family and with the formal certification programme expected to be launched in 2016, the time is right for semiconductor companies to develop new products for this exciting new market.
