Conexant has been invited by Intel to participate in a discussion during the User Experience (UEX) track sessions, which will take place on Wednesday, August 19th, from 1:15-2:15PM in Moscone Center room #2006. Trausti Thormundsson, Audio CTO for Conexant, will discuss the advantages of using AudioSmart 2.0 software together with high-quality microphone and speaker implementations to enable a natural user experience over mobile and computing platforms. Thormundsson will discuss how to make a digital personal assistant work well from across a noisy room and how to turn an ordinary laptop into an enterprise-class speakerphone appliance. In addition, Thormundsson will demonstrate Conexant’s AudioSmart 2.0 far-field speech recognition input preprocessing software running on Windows 10 with Cortana. He will be joined by industry executives from companies including Intel and Microsoft.
