Coilcraft Flyback Transformer for 30 Watt POE Plus Applications

Cary, IL, USA – Coilcraft’s POE300F Series flyback transformers are designed to meet IEEE 802.3at-2009 standards for PoE Plus applications up to 30 Watts. Common PoE applications include VoIP telephones, IP cameras with pan tilt and zoom (PTZ), wireless access points, network routers and remote Ethernet switches.

POE300F Series transformers operate at 250 kHz with 36 to 72 Volts input. They provide 1500 Vrms primary-to-secondary isolation; 500 Vrms primary-to-auxiliary. They feature RoHS compliant tin-silver over tin over nickel over phos bronze terminations and offer a maximum reflow temperature of 260°C.

As with all Coilcraft parts, free evaluation samples and complete technical specifications for POE300F Series flyback transformers are available online atwww.coilcraft.com/poe300.cfm. Coilcraft also offers a Designer’s Kit (C398) that contains three samples of each of the Series’ five values.

Parts are available from stock and can be ordered online at buy.coilcraft.com or by calling a local Coilcraft sales office.
