PHOENIX—January 16, 2014 — Avnet Electronics Marketing, an operating group of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), today introduced the Xilinx® Zynq®-7000 All Programmable SoC Mini-ITX motherboard. The first Zynq-based motherboard supporting PCIe Root Complex, this off-the-shelf board can be used for faster prototyping, saving significant time in the conception of high-performance, small form factor systems. The board features the two largest devices in the Zynq-7000 All Programmable SoC family, with peak performance targeted for more complex applications in the embedded processing market.
Available with the Zynq XC7Z045 or the XC7Z100 device in a small Mini-ITX form factor, the Zynq Mini-ITX motherboard meets highly demanding programmable systems integration requirements, while providing flexibility and customization through the HPC FMC expansion slot.

The Zynq Mini-ITX motherboard includes:

- PCIe Gen2 x16 Root Complex slot (x4 electrical)
- SATA-III interface (requires Programmable Logic IP – not included)

- LVDS touch panel interface
- Audio Codec
- 10/100/1000 Ethernet PHY
- USB 2.0 4-port hub
- MicroSD card interface
- USB-UART port
- System clock
The onboard SFP, 10/100/1000 Ethernet and USB 2.0 ports add networking capabilities, while the HPC FMC expansion slot offers versatile interface options.
A complete Zynq Mini-ITX board including a XC7Z045 device, Mini-Module Plus power module, and a 200W ATX power supply is available for order entryfor $1,995.
