Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas Adds Quartz Timing Devices from Epson to Offering

PHOENIX—March 7, 2012 — Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas, a business region of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), announced today a distribution agreement with Epson Electronics America, Inc. (EEA).
