SiliconBlue Awarded ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standard Certification

SANTA CLARA, California, November 7, 2011 – SiliconBlue® Technologies, the leader in Custom Mobile Device™ (CMD) solutions for handheld applications, today announced that it has been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 registration (Certificate No: US004204-1) of its quality management system for the design and manufacture of its mobileFPGA™ devices.  

ISO9001 certification focuses on quality management ensuring that a company’s products are designed, documented and implemented according to the nationally mandated ISO 9001:2008 standards. Some of the criteria for ISO9001 certification requires that the company be a customer-focused organization, have a system approach to management, provide continual improvement, have mutually beneficial supplier relationships, and more.
