Green Hills Software to Exhibit at AUVSI Unmanned Systems Conference in Washington, DC

SANTA BARBARA, CA — August 9, 2011 — Green Hills Software, the largest independent vendor of embedded software solutions, will demonstrate its latest embedded software solutions focused on software security, safety and availability for the autonomous control and payload community at the AUVSI Unmanned Systems Conference, August 16 – 19, 2011, in Washington, DC.

In booth #1327, Green Hills Software will offer a wide range of interesting presentations and demonstrations, including:

INTEGRITY Security Services (ISS) UCS Open Platform

Green Hills Software will demonstrate the ISS UCS Open Platform built on the INTEGRITY® pedigree. A Linux guest (RHEL-5) operating system will be securely hosted/virtualized on the INTEGRITY Multivisor™ alongside other real-time native INTEGRITY applications. Executing within the virtualized Linux Guest OS will be CDL systems – Vehicle Control System 4586 (VCS-4586) – integrated command, control and information system designed for controlling and monitoring unmanned vehicle systems, developed in accordance to STANAG 4586 (NATO abbreviation for Standardization Agreement that provides common military operational and administrative procedures and logistics).

RTI Data Distribution Service (DDS) on INTEGRITY

Green Hills Software will demonstrate its industry-leading MULTI® tools suite, hosted in a Windows guest operating system, virtualized on INTEGRITY Multivisor and build a native INTEGRITY application integrated with RTI’s DDS solution and ALT Software’s OpenGL Graphics package. The combined application will execute on Freescale Semiconductor’s Media5200 demonstrating a glass cockpit with data utilized in RTI’s publish/subscribe DDS model.

MULTI Advanced Build/Debug Environment

High quality, feature-rich, unobtrusive debugging tools dramatically reduce time-to-market and improve device quality. Green Hills will demonstrate its industry-leading MULTI® tools suite, best-in-class compilers, source-level and trace-aware debuggers and processor probe solutions, targeting systems running the INTEGRITY separation kernel technology.

Quickly and accurately identify inter-domain leakage issues in IC designs

Sponsored by Siemens Digital Industries Software

Power domain leakage is a major IC reliability issue, often missed by traditional tools. This white paper describes challenges of identifying leakage, types of false results, and presents Siemens EDA’s Insight Analyzer. The tool proactively finds true leakage paths, filters out false positives, and helps circuit designers quickly fix risks—enabling more robust, reliable chip designs. With detailed, context-aware analysis, designers save time and improve silicon quality.
