The new GuardXcel Series offers high-quality protection for system enclosures, connections and cables, extending the life of a system and its components.

The full range includes various high-performance glands, adapters, drain and dome plugs, multi-hole seals, washers, gaskets and vents for comprehensive system protection.

All GuardXcel cable glands and accessories ensure reliable cord grips, sealing and strain reliefs, so assemblies remain securely fastened, preventing potential loose connections or complete disconnects. Designed for rugged environments, the new series also offers different IP ratings, from light immersion to high pressure environments, to prevent the ingress of water and dust.

Both easy to install and cost effective, the GuardXcel Series can be incorporated into virtually any industrial system, from machine building, railway and renewable energy to automotive, process instrumentation and transformers. The UL- certified series offers EMC compatibility options as well as UV resistance and UL94 V2 and V0 flammability ratings.

The cable glands come in a number of sizes to accommodate different diameters of non-armored, armored and shielded cables and can withstand a wide temperature range from -20° to +100°C. Available materials include nickel-plated brass, stainless steel and plastic with neoprene, silicone and NBR sealing options.

GuardXcel Ventilation Plugs balance pressure differences between inner housing and the outer environment. The vents reliably prevent water condensation in tightly-sealed housings with hydrophobic and oleophobic membranes.
