DFI Tech Announces New Line of Pico-ITX Boards

Sacramento, CA —  Dec 13, 2016   –  DFI Tech, a provider of SWaP-optimized embedded computing solutions and board products, now offers a new product line of Pico-ITX boards featuring Atom-based SoC and ARM-based processor options. 

The first in the Pico-ITX series is a 6th Generation Intel® Atom™ SoC processor with up to 8GB of DDR3L memory.  The BW051 board features a SATA 3.0 interface and Mini PCIe and mSATA expansion. The available I/O on the single board computer includes 2 x COM, 1 x GbE, 2 x USB 3.0, 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x 8-bit DIO, and 1 x SMBus.  There are also display ports for 1 x LVDS and 1 x VGA or HDMI.  DFI Tech’s board products come with standard 7-year lifecycle support. 

DFI Tech provides single board computers in the 2.5” Pico-ITX, 3.5” SBC, and 4” SBC sizes.   The ARM® version of Pico-ITX boards are scheduled for early to mid-2017.   The company also offers embedded motherboards/systems, COM Express, PanelPCs, and rackmount computers.
