All 100 United States Senators now on Twitter

With the inauguration this weekend and the beginning of President Obama’s second term, Congress has made some digital news. For the first time, all 100 United States Senators have a Twitter handle so folks can learn everything from new bill information to what they had for lunch.

In a move that isn’t altogether surprising, all 100 Senators are on Twitter and 90 percent of the members of the US House of Representatives have an active Twitter account. That’s 398 members.
