David and I discuss why we will see a lot more design requirements coming out of middle nodes, why on-board power will be more important than ever before, and a little bit about why our design tools will be the key to our future success in IoT. In the second half of our episode, Lisa Minwell and I chat about the components of a successful IP company and where 2.5D (and 2.1D) designs will find their foothold in the future.
