Plano, Texas – March 9th, 2012 – By integrating a complete solid-state relay driver into a single, surface-mount package, DRDC3105 from Diodes Incorporated minimizes the PCB footprint, reduces the component count and improves the reliability of inductive load control circuits.

Providing a rugged interface between standard logic and 3V to 6V DC inductive loads, the relay driver is designed to handle relays, solenoids, incandescent lamps and small motors in a wide range of applications. From a 5V supply rail, DRDC3105 has the capability to drive coils rated at up to 2.5W.
