(NASDAQ: CDNS) and Spreadtrum today announced they have developed a virtual reference design kit specific to Spreadtrum’s SC9830A ( http://www.spreadtrum.com/en/SC9830A.html ) quad-core system-on-chip (SoC) platform requirements.
