Keysight Technologies, Spreadtrum Communications Announce MoU to Collaborate on Mobile Chipset Advanced Technology

BARCELONA, Spain, Feb. 24, 2016 – Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) and Spreadtrum Communications (Spreadtrum) today announced a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the research and development of mobile chipset advanced technology.
