New Receivers Product Line Ideal for Over-the-Ear Speaker Applications

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. —  December 2, 2025 — Same Sky’s Audio Group today announced the expansion of its speakers product portfolio with new receiver models. Ideal for over-the-ear applications, the CMR family of receivers features sound pressure levels ranging from 103 to 135 dB measured with an artificial ear as well as package sizes as small as 12 x 6 mm and profiles as low as 2 mm.

These receivers offer round or rectangular frame shapes, solder pad or spring contact mounting styles, and a variety of cone types. The models further carry nominal inputs from 0.003 to 0.2 W, resonant frequencies from 100 to 550 Hz, and impedance ratings of 16, 30, 32, or 50 ohms. The CMR-3466-1050SP-X7CMR-12062S-67, and CMR-15062S-67 models offer ingress protection ratings of IPX7 for applications where moisture is a concern. Select models also include a removeable protective cover or a built-in front grille for additional diaphragm protection.
