Oh, don’t even get me started on the one I bought where someone worked extra hard to write software that specifically prevented you from backing up anything other than file types they decided were important – pictures, music, docs. No email, nothing from the system… No “here’s the easy stuff, and here’s the ‘advanced’ button if you dare”…

External hard drive manufacturers. I still have no idea what the software that came with my back up drives does.

Wasn’t PAVE PAWS West (at Beale AFB) able to track it? Maybe the altitude of the final orbit’s trajectory was too low.

I would say that I haven’t seen a blue screen for years, but that would just be stupid. I’d simply be inviting one.

So I won’t say that.

(Sigh,) It’s interesting that Microsoft occasionally bumps blindly into the design sense that companies like Apple exhibit. Ironic that it’s on a fatal error message. Of course, this may be one of the screens that their users will see most frequently, so it’s good to have it be well-designed and fun.
