The range includes the iEP-5000G-000, which has achieved the Industrial Controls Premium Grade certification, alongside the iEP-9010E, attaining the Machine Vision Premium Grade, followed by the iEPF-9010S-EY4 at the Select Grade. iEP-5000G-000 passed Intel® Premium Industrial PC Program Validation Certification (Industrial Controls Premium Grade)

The fanless and rugged iEP-5000G-000 Industrial IoT Controller, equipped with the Intel® Atom® x6425RE Processor and dual channel DDR4 3200MHz memory up to 32GB, meets all premium grade standards. In terms of I/O ports flexibility, it adheres to standards with one VGA and one HDMI 2.0b port for display, three RJ45 Ethernet, two USB 3.2, and two USB 2.0 ports. It also features one M.2 Key M slot for storage, one M.2 Key E slot for Wi-Fi, and another M.2 Key B slot for 4G LTE/5G connectivity, totaling three COM ports (RS232/422/485) and four DI/DO ports. With reliable MTBF of 679,927 hours at 25°C, qualified humidity, and operating temperature range of -40°C to 70°C, while maintaining vibration and shock durability requirements. Additionally, its testing results for certification are secured by adhering to CE and FCC Class A standards (EN61000-6-4/-2), as well as regulations outlined in IEC 62368-1 for industrial-grade reliability. The iEP-5000G-000 also meets Intel® ECI (Edge Controls for Industrial) qualifications, guaranteeing real-time processing and management capability of industrial tasks, achieving more intelligent and efficient industrial operations.

iEP-9010E passed Intel® Premium Industrial PC Program Validation Certification (Machine Vision Premium Grade)

ASRock Industrial’s fanless iEP-9010E Robust Edge AIoT Platfrom powered by 12th Gen Intel® Core™ Processors, has successfully attained the Machine Vision Premium Grade. This achievement highlights its capacity of four DDR4 memory up to 128GB and M.2 storage. Showcasing one VGA, one HDMI, one DP for display, five RJ45 Ethernet ports, six USB3.2 ports, one M.2 Key E slot for Wi-Fi, and another M.2 Key B slot for 4G/5G connectivity, it ensures I/O flexibility and reliability that meet and exceed industrial standards. With an impressive configuration featuring four COM (RS232/422/485) ports and two COM (RS232) ports, alongside eight DI/DO ports, the iEP-9010E surpasses the requirements of the premium grade. Rigorous reliability testing has demonstrated its endurance, with a MTBF of 356,922 hours at 25°C, and a robust operating temperature range of -40°C to 70°C. It has also exhibited exceptional vibration and shock tolerance, surpassing the premium level. The system’s compliance with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and regulatory standards is verified through adherence to EN61000-6-4/-2 and EN 62368-1 guidelines. These applications are impeccably suited for machine vision applications, solidifying its reliability and compatibility within this domain. Through its successful Intel® EII (Edge Insights for Industrial) qualification, fast computational speeds ensure improved image quality, feature identification, and target detection within images. iEPF-9010S-EY4 passed Intel® Premium Industrial PC Program Validation Certification (Machine Vision Premium Select Grade)

The iEPF-9010S-EY4 Robust Edge AIoT Platform, powered by 12th Gen Intel® Core™ Processors, meets the standard with four DDR4 memory up to 128GB and M.2 storage. It features flexible I/O ports, including one VGA, one HDMI, and one DP for display, along with five RJ45 Ethernet and six USB 3.2 ports. Furthermore, its expansions encompass two PCIe Gen4x4 slots, one PCIe Gen4x8 slot, or one PCIe Gen4x16 slot, complemented by four COM (RS232/422/485) ports and two COM (RS232) ports. A total of eight DI/DO ports, one M.2 Key E slot for Wi-Fi, and one M.2 Key B slot for 4G/5G connectivity are in place, doubling the requirements set for the premium selected grade. The MTBF of 356,922 hours at 25°C and operating temperatures range from -40°C to 75°C, it exhibits reliable vibration and shock tolerance. Regulatory certifications are identical to those of the iEP-9010E, positioning it at a premium select grade suitable for machine vision applications.
