VadaTech launches MTCA chassis for processing-rich and high-bandwidth applications

VadaTech, a leading manufacturer of integrated systems, embedded boards, enabling software and application-ready platforms, announces the VT884, a 3U 12-slot MicroTCA chassis. The VT884 is targeted at ASIC emulation, network processing, medical imaging and other processing-rich and high-bandwidth applications.  Power and cooling are sized to allow the chassis to be fully populated with high-end FPGA up to Virtex UltraScale™ XCVU440, while the Extended Options and PinoutPlusTM can be used to support tightly-coupled networks of FPGAs.  Backplane connectivity can be customized, on request, to meet specific emulation architecture requirements.  The chassis includes redundant power supplies and dual MCH, with power, cooling units and air filters all hot-swappable.

The VT884 is part of an extensive product range supporting ASIC and system emulation.  A brochure detailing the range can be downloaded here.
