VadaTech announces the AMC599 and VPX599 ADC/DAC modules

Henderson, NV – March 22, 2017– VadaTech, a leading manufacturer of integrated systems, embedded boards, enabling software and application-ready platforms, announces the VPX599 and AMC599 ADC/DAC modules. Both units comprise dual 12-bit ADC at 6.4 GSPS and dual 16-bit DAC at 12 GSPS, with Xilinx UltraScale™ XCKU115 FPGA and 3 banks of DDR4 totaling 20GB. The AMC599 is an AdvancedMC module, while the VPX599 is a 3U VPX format, with a common design base allowing users to move easily between the two form factors. Providing signal conversion rates over 6 GSPS for both ADC and DAC makes these compact modules ideal for radar, jamming and SIGINT applications.

In common with the company’s extensive FPGA carrier range, the products are delivered to customers complete with reference design VHDL source code, documentation and configuration binaries that can be used royalty-free in end-user deployments. In addition, the products will be supported by VadaTech’s DAQ Series software with high-performance DMA engine and open architecture for inclusion of customer DSP functionality.
